Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and 78bdt ("Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager on 78bdt at 78bdt.club, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

78bdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. 1. Eligibility

2. Account Registration and Security

Each player must maintain a single verified account on 78bdt. The registration process requires a valid mobile number, which serves as the primary identifier. 78bdt may implement a KYC verification process at its discretion, particularly when processing withdrawal requests above a specified threshold or when suspicious activity is detected.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on 78bdt are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Processing times vary by method and current request volume. 78bdt does not charge platform-side fees on standard transactions, though third-party payment providers may apply their own service charges.

• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. 78bdt does not accept deposits from third-party sources; such deposits may be returned and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
• Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within a few hours; card withdrawals may take up to three business days depending on the issuing bank.
• 78bdt reserves the right to hold a withdrawal and request supporting documentation as part of its KYC or anti-money laundering compliance procedures. Failure to provide documentation within the specified timeframe may result in cancellation of the withdrawal request.
• Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account. These limits may be adjusted by 78bdt at any time.
• 78bdt does not accept cryptocurrency payments. All transactions must be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka through the supported payment channels listed in the cashier.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

78bdt offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, communicated at the time the promotion is issued. Where promotion-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Each player may only claim a welcome bonus once. Creating multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus repeatedly constitutes fraud and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent activity, system abuse, or in breach of these Terms will be voided. 78bdt reserves the right to recover any funds withdrawn as a result of fraudulent bonus claims.
• 78bdt reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, including during ongoing promotional periods.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 78bdt. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Registering or using the platform if you are under 21 years of age, or assisting a minor to access the platform in any capacity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform, place wagers, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of match-fixing, advantage play, or coordinated betting strategy designed to defraud the platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable financial regulations. 78bdt cooperates fully with law enforcement in the investigation of suspected illegal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a system error will be voided.

78bdt employs monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Accounts flagged by these systems may be placed under review, during which withdrawals may be temporarily suspended pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, 78bdt will take appropriate action including permanent account closure and legal referral.

6. Responsible Gaming

78bdt is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform is intended for entertainment purposes only and actively discourages compulsive gambling. Players who believe their gambling may be becoming problematic are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available on the platform and to contact our support team for assistance.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 78bdt and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of funds, loss of data, or interruption of service. 78bdt does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. 78bdt shall not be responsible for the actions, content, or services of any third-party payment processor, game provider, or technology partner. Disputes arising from a third-party service must be directed to that third party directly. 78bdt will use reasonable efforts to assist in resolving disputes where its own platform or services are directly involved.

8. Amendments to These Terms

78bdt reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, 78bdt will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice by publishing the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
